Jason Schlesinger

Mr. Schlesinger has provided direction for the company’s Northeastern holdings for more than 35 years. Specializing in acquisition, renovation and repositioning of large multi family assets. Identifying value add and new construction opportunities, managing staff and resources through disposition. He currently manages the Company’s New York City and Connecticut management and construction operations. Education: BS Finance – Boston University

Adam Schlesinger

Mr. Schlesinger has 30 years of experience at the company with expertise in all phases of property management, acquisitions and development. He currently manages the development of new properties and expansion of existing assets throughout the Southeastern United States. Education: BA Political Science – University of Miami

Bobby Schlesinger

As Managing Investment Partner, Mr. Schlesinger is responsible for the financial obligations and commitments of all investment activity. In 2016, he spearheaded the successful public offering of Copperline Americas, a subsidiary of Copperline Partners on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Further, he helped form the Obadon Group to manage the company’s hotel management activities. As Group president, Mr. Schlesinger supervises daily operations and management of the company’s hospitality portfolio along with underwriting and securing financing for all new acquisitions. Education: BS Economics; Minor Lodging Development – New York University

Bob Schwartz

Mr. Schwartz, a licensed CPA, has been with the company for more than 43 years. His experience includes more than 10 years of public accounting in addition to real estate finance, mortgage placement and the management, accounting, financial reporting and statements for rentals, co-ops, condominiums and major construction projects. Education: BS Accounting – St. John’s University MBA – Adelphi University

Doug Bartolotta

Mr. Bartolotta has been with the company for 31 years and brings 37 years of real estate accounting experience. He specializes in preparation of projections, financial statements and cash flow analyses to determine compliance with financing and contractual obligations. Doug also oversees the company’s cooperative and condo management division.

Steve Padyk

Mr. Padyk has been with the company for more than 30 years. His experience includes positions as Assistant Controller, Controller and Acquisitions Analyst. Education: BS Accounting – Marist College

Percy Landa

Mr. Landa has been with the company for more than 25 years practicing real estate accounting.

Kit Noyes

With more than 24 years of experience in real estate acquisitions and analysis and finance, including three years at a major national apartment REIT, Mr. Noyes is responsible for project sourcing, underwriting analysis and due diligence coordination for all Copperline acquisitions, dispositions and refinancing activities. Education: BS Finance – Florida State University

Sean Killian

Sean Killian is a development manager of the company’s northeast portfolio. In his time at Copperline Mr. Killian oversees the development aspects of all projects in the northeast. His responsibilities include oversight of the consultant and construction teams during the pre-development and construction phases of multiple large scale mixed-use and multi-family projects. Prior to joining Copperline, Mr. Killian served as a project manager of development at RXR Realty where he managed dozens of projects, representing millions of square feet of residential, office and industrial product all across the New York City metro area. Mr. Killian holds a BS from the LaSalle University, and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from NYU’s Schack Institute.

Lauren Hastings

Ms. Hastings is the resident Interior Designer for Copperline Partners. From design development to specification and through to installation, Lauren manages the interior design of all projects in-house. Her 15 year experience in Hospitality and Multi-Family design makes her a valuable asset to the Copperline team. Lauren is Florida licensed and is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers.

Nick Spinelli

Mr. Spinelli is the Architectural Design Director for Copperline Partners. He oversees all the required conceptual design, planning, zoning, permitting, coordination of consultants, and construction administration of projects. This position gives Copperline the unique ability to design multiple plan concepts in a short period of time, allowing quick analysis and pricing of each scenario to determine the best and final layout. Once a final layout is approved it can be bid on and released to engineers for full construction documentation removing the need for costly revisions. This ability is vital in rehab projects due to the nature of renovation work and the inherent unknown construction issues of an existing structure.

LaToya Butler-Humes

Mrs. Humes comes to Copperline Partners with 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising within the multi family industry. Under the Copperline Partners umbrella LaToya has successfully launched marketing / branding campaigns that has resulted in expeditious lease-ups within the company’s multifamily division.

Linda Alfano

With over 15 years with the Company, Mrs. Alfano runs the Florida office for Copperline Partners.

Mary Giorgi

With over 25 years with the Company, Ms. Giorgi runs the Connecticut office for Copperline Partners.

Gilbert Schlesinger

Gilbert Schlesinger was the patriarch of this third generation family real estate business. His real estate activities started in the mid 1950’s in the New York metropolitan area and expanded to include ownership investments in over ten thousand multi-family units. His primary focus was in the area of acquisition of existing residential properties in urban settings. He had degrees from City College of New York, Brooklyn Law School and London School of Economics. He retired in the mid-1970’s turning control over to his son Richard.

Richard Schlesinger

Mr. Schlesinger has led Copperline and its related entities for more than 50 years, directing its staff of seasoned real estate professionals and all Company business operations. Experienced in all aspects of residential real estate, including new single and multi-family construction, complete rehabilitations, rental, sales and management, he is heavily involved in the implementation of redevelopment plans for all repositioned assets. Mr. Schlesinger has guided the acquisition, financing and development or redevelopment of more than 20,000 residential units and secured more than $700 million in debt for the Company portfolio since 1995. Mr. Schlesinger earned B.A. and M.B.A. degrees from Long Island University.
